D&G tribute!

Hey guys!
So I'm back with a post on the new Dolce and Gabbana tribute!

 Floor 1:

So this is what floor 1 is like! I think it looks really cool and stylish! The only thing is that it is NOT cheap! My favourite item  on this floor is the Jeweled skater skirt (21sd)

Floor 2:

I'm not a fan of floor 2 at all accept for the shopping trolley! I think that item is really cool and would look great in your suite! I just think that the outfits are a little boring! Theres nothing much there!

A unique medoll- Marthamay...

New Limited Edition!

Hello everyone!
This post is extremely late but as I said in my previous post I have been away for a while!
The new LE collection is called High Summer 2012. I didn't buy anything from the collection because I was away and couldn't get my hands on all the good stuff!

Floor 1:

Floor 1 isn't a great floor in my opinion not very much variety!This floor wouldn't be my style! Although I do like the LE earrings!

Not much I can say on this floor! The main things I like in this whole collection of LE are the accessories and shoes! I think that the quality of LE is going downhill these days and it is very much overpriced!

Floor 3 is definitely my favourite floor! I like alot of the items! Favourite items: Outshine skirt and top, Thread cake dress and the Outshine jacket.

Another good floor! I think this is the first time LE ever had clothing for boys! Some nice items in this floor but not really my style!

Millionaire Mansion!

Hey everyone!

So I have been away for around 2 weeks now and I'm going to do a lot of posts because I have missed out on so much! 

I'm going to start off with the new suite feature Millionaire Mansion! There are different opinions on the Millionaire Mansion some say it is amazing and others completely dislike it!

To be honest I will not be buying the Millionaire Mansion because I'm busy working and constructing on my main suite! The cost of it is 249 stardollars which is the same as the Alpine Chalet!

New Archive in starplaza!

Hey everyone!
I'm back with another post!
It is going to be on the new collection of Archive! I wont be doing it like I do normally like writing comments on the two floors separately because there isn't alot on the second floor so I'll just do it all together!

Here are the floors:

Honestly I dont usually like archive and also I have most of the things from when Stardoll sold them first but I really really like this collection! I think its a great range of clothing and it all looks fabulous!

Favourite items: I like them all but if I had to pick two they would be....the  floral silk tank ( on the first floor and its 7sd) and the thats a wrap bag (its 14sd and its on the second floor)

Juoduke987: Archive - well it's not actually a "collection" ;D It's just some oldies back on sale. But I can say, that I love archive and I always will, because it just reminds me of old stardoll so badly ^^

New Killah in starplaza!

Hey guys!
I am going to be posting a few posts today to try and catch up on all I have missed the passed couple days!
So new Killah has come to starplaza! Nothing special in the collection really but its alright! So there are two floors and here's a look at them!

Floor 1 is pretty nice! My favourite item of all time in Killah would have to be their jeans! They are gorgeous and they do a collection of skinny, baggy etc etc....

Favourite items: The boy trousers (14sd) and the Maias singlet (13sd)

Floor 2 is ok! I think the thing with this collection is that its very casual and that works for some people but doesnt for others!

Favourite items: Chara jumpsuit (21sd) and the Stan sweater (18sd)

Here are some opinions from Stardoll Royalty:

Juoduke987: It seems pretty same as any other Killah collection. I guess it's because it's Killah ;D But anyways, I do like it. It reminds me vintage and modern mixed together. ^^
DarkQueen6: i like it but i don't wanna buy it
Pinkypops: Hm... nothing to interesting. There's something about Killah Graphics that I don't like, they just don't look realistic. The only item I liked was the white cardigen.
Meganrox155: It's nothing speicial. It looks like every other Killah collection. I like it but not enough to buy it. Not a really big fan of Killah.

New: Doree hair dyes!

Hey everyone!
I know this post is extremely late and the new summer collection of the Doree hair dyes were released a couple days ago but its better late than never!
I apologize for being so inactive lately! I have been very busy lately!
When you log on, on the start page there is an advertisement for it and here it is!

The colours are very summery as you can see! They are pretty mad colours to be honest and you have to be in a very happy mood to wear them! The collection matches the DOT collection and I think that what Stardolll were going for!

So there are two floors in the collection and here's a look at them:

Floor 1 is the hair dyes:

In my opinions the colours aren't great and definitely wouldn't be my favourite because I like a natural colour on my medoll's hair but maybe it works for some people!

Floor 2 is the highlights:

I prefer this floor alot more! I know they're the exact same colours but I really like putting colourful highlights in my medoll's hair! It looks really cool!

New Gift-O-Meter!

Hey everyone!
The new Gift-O-Meter arrived on stardoll today and to be honest it is alot more pricey than usual!
Heres a look at the message:

The best items are obviously the most expensive! The furniture isn't great in my opinion except for obviously one of the most expensive the stairs! The starpoint gifts are very good which is a positive thing!

What stardoll are trying to do here is get all the members to spend their money on this so that when Limited Edition comes everyone will be topping up like crazy! If I was you and I was  LE collector I would save my money!

 I am warning you LE will be out sooner than you expect!

Dot: Summer Collection

Hey everyone!
So the new DOT collection was released today and I thought I'd do a little review on it!
Here is the message that stardoll sent to all users to inform them it was out,

As you can see the colours are very pastelly! Pastels are really in this season so thats a positive thing about the collection! I personally think that the colours are a little too light! They dont show very well on your medolls skin! The lipsticks I really like because I only really wear light lipsticks on my medoll!

Here is the store,

Floor 1:

On this floor we have the lipsticks, lip liners and blushes! As I said above I really like the lipsticks as they are bright and summery. I dont usually wear lipliners so I dont tend to buy them! The blushes are ok! They dont show very well on the medoll's skin but I suppose thats what stardoll were going for!

Floor 2:

On floor two, are the eyeshadows, mascaras and liquid liners! As I said the eyeshadows are very light and dont show well on the medoll's skin but if your going for a natural look it would be perfect! If you're into coloured mascaras then I would say you'd adore these but I only use black and brown mascaras so they're really not my thing! The liquid liners are gorgeous and probably my favourite out of the whole collection and they are so worth buying!

Floor 3:

On floor three, They have mascaras again, eyebrow pencils which I think is absolutely ridiculous scene as nobody I know wants pink/green eyebrows but anyway.... they have the khol pencils and more eyeshadows! The khol pencils are gorgeous and are great for brightening up the eye! The great think about khol pencils is that if you dont want to wear eyeshadow you can just put a thick layer of khol pencil on the lid of your medoll's eye!

Opinions on Stardoll Royalty:

Nelly000esparis: I love the lipsticks, but the colours doesn't fit my doll's skin-tone

Kylie_angel: They're not that special, the colours look a lot like the ones they've released before.

Jean Paul Gaultier Tribute

Hey Guys!
I'm back today with a post on the new tribute store Jean Paul Gaultier!
The store is very cool and I was very excited when I saw the spoilers! There are only two floors in this store!

Floor 1: I really love this floor! My favourite items are the Roslin Skirt (First Model from the right) and the Red folded dress (first model from the left) The prices are fairly reasonable I think! There is currently a glitch on this floor! The banana glitch wedges are only 12 starcoins and should be stardollars! So grab them while you can!

Floor 2: I kind of prefer the first floor but there are some really beautiful items on this floor too! My favourites are the Shines Flowers dress, the Watch out top and the zig zag dress!

Wounded90: It's nice, I like the black leather jacket, the wig and other things. it's not the best, but pretty.

Hey all! Sorry I havn't been posting for a couple days but there hasn't been much new things on stardoll! 

So when I logged onto stardoll I received this message

As you can see there is 30% off all Luxury Suite's! This is an absolutely fantastic deal in my opinion! 

At Stardoll Royalty some say that they really love this deal and will be buying some! Others says its ok but the Alpine Chalet is too expensive! I personally think that the Alpine Chalet it well worth 249 stardollars (which was the full price) and if I didn't have it I would so buy it for this deal!

If you want to buy from this deal remember to do it before the closing date which is the 2nd of July!

Antidote- New Collection

Hey everyone!

Before I get started I want to say sorry about this late post and I know antidote did release its new collection a couple days ago but 'Hey! Better late than never!'

I personally did not buy anything from antidote this season because I heard that LE was being released soon and I thought I would hold off for that!

There were three floors in the store and here they are:

Floor 1:

The Zebra wind dress (first model from the left) and the Black desert crop top were probably the most popular items on this floor and they sold out extremely fast!

Floor 2:

Floor 2 wasn't a great floor in my opinion! I think that the items are just a little too colourful but the accessories and shoes are to die for! If I was buying things from this collection I would probably buy more shoes than clothes!

Floor 3:

Again not a great floor but the pink water dress (third model from the left) is absolutely amazing! This was soo hard for me not to buy!

Floor 4:

This floor was probably one of my favourites! I love the dresses and skirts and I think the graphics are brilliant on everything! The backround of the store is gorgeous too!

In Stardoll Royalty about 8/10 think that this seasons antidote was amazing and they bought lots! While the other 2/10 bought nothing and thought that it was not their style! I think everything is reasonably priced and I think that stardoll learnt their lesson from the last LE collection which by the way everything has STILL not sold out! The prices vary from 15-95 stardollars!

Inspiring suites!

Hey everyone!
So this is just a quick post as I need to go in a few minutes!
This post is based on inspiring suites!
The 3 dolls I have chosen are absolutely amazing! The amount of time and effort they spend on their suites are unbelievable!

No.3 :  Ceren.GK

Ceren.gk's suite is definitely very original! She uses so many items when styling! She can make a whole room out of simple posters she makes in the stardesign! I really admire her for creativity and lots of girls on stardoll  get inspiration from Ceren.GK

No.2: Joanne1305

Joanne1305 is already extremely famous on stardoll with her amazing twilight, hunger games and well pretty much every famous movie and celebrity! She probably makes lots of stardollars daily and that explains how she can afford an amazing suite! Joanne1305 is very unique and creative!

No.1: Applead

For me Applead is the all time best suite design on stardoll! If there was such thing as a suite award I'd say she would win it the most! She is so creative and unique! She uses unbelievable things for props and uses so much things in one room! Not only is she amazing at suite designing but also wigs! Applead is very gifted at suite designing!

New Starpoint System!

As you all know there has recently been changes on the starpoint system, where now you can earn 14 starpoints a day rather than 12 and the way starpoints work has changed. You no longer have an exact number of starpoints, instead you have levels! 

I personally think that stardoll is going up the ladder with these changes but other members do not! In Stardoll Royalty members are saying they want the old stardoll back and that they dislike how the new starpoint system is working.

The positive things:

You can see all the starpoint hair in your beauty parlour but you need to have the certain number of starpoints to unlock them!
The negative things:

What Stardoll Royalty members are really raging over is that we loose our diamond and super star sign. I personally dont think its that big a deal though!

                              

Today I logged on to stardoll to see that there had been more changes to the website! As you can see above stardoll are introducing a new thing called Stardoll Achievements! This feature is amazing as it allows members to level up faster and get to their desired level faster! 

Basically what it is is like challenges. Stardoll challenge you to do certain things and then you are rewarded  with a trophy and starpoints! 

Some of the challenges are pretty simple like save your suite and you get 2 starpoints for that. Some are not so easy and require alot of time like winning covergirl for that achievement you would receive 25 starpoints! 

I was thrilled when I logged on because I had earned 75starpoints!

Hey stardoll addicts!
I have recently seen The Hunger Games movie in the cinemas! The movie was amazing and I would totally recommend it to anyone! I was hugely inspired by Katniss's bnaturally beautiful look! Katniss is a 16 year old girl from District 12 in Panem! Every year the Capitol hold a show called The Hunger Games, Where one boy and one girl are chosen from each districts to fight to the death in an arena!
Anyway.. before I get lost in the world of the games.. I will continue my point of this post! I was as I said inspired by katniss's beautiful natural look and I said to myself I had to do a make-up tutorial on it!

Inspiriation:

What you'll need:

• Black liquid liner
•  Plum Kohl liner
• Black Kohl liner
• Sunny Bunny eyelashes
• Natural Faces blush
• Fusion Coral eyeshadow
• Oyster shade stick
• Lengthening mascara

Ok! So lets get started!

1. What you do first is add some freckles, moles etc.. to the face to give it a more natural and imperfect look! Use the shading button to add some subtle shading to the face! Also add sunny bunny lashes on the top lashline.

You should end up with something like this:

2.    Next carefully add some black liquid liner! Try not to create a wing as you dont want to make it look like there is lots of black make-up on her, you just want to define the eye. 

3. Apply some black kohl liner again dont go overboard! You just want to define the eye! Also you can add some lengthening mascara, In this look I would not recommend using volumizing mascara as it makes the lashes look too thick!

4.  Apply a light amount of the oyster shade stick to create a shadow of where the eyelid is!

5. Over the oyster shade stick add some of the coral fusion eyeshadow for a brighter eye!

 6. Use the natural faces blush (hidden in starplaza) Link at bottom of post!) to shade in the cheeks!

 7. On the inner corners of the eye add some Corla kohl liner!

 8. You should end up with something like this! Naturally Gorgeous right?

Hey everyone!

Today I was just messing around on stardoll with my make-up and I came across this amazing look that suits all medolls! Brown smokey eyes! I love this look so much and you definitely will be seeing it on my medoll alot from now on! 

So to get started! For this look you don't need alot of items like my usual make-up tutorials! 

What you need:

• Black eye shadow (from anywhere!)
• Any brown eyeshadow! (I used the brown coconut shell shadestick from DOT)
• Sunny Bunny lashes (optional) I would highly advise using these if your medolls eyes only take one type of mascara like mine does!
• Nude lipstick ( again optional)
• Any blush ( I used the cashmere rose from DOT)
• Mascara (any )
• Black eye kohl 
• Black liquid liner
• A brownish kohl liner ( I used the plum kohl pencil from DOT, Not exactly brown but it was all I had! It will work much better with a brown one!)

Ok lets get started!

First of all apply the sunny bunny lashes! I dont like using the ones below the eye! But if you want you can! 

So you then apply the black kohl liner, Don't fill in the whole eye though! It is very important that on the top you keep the liner as close to the lash line as you possibly can!

Fill in the remaining space on the eyelid with a brown kohl liner (or a plum kohl liner) I know this may look very horrible and weird but just wait! XD

Line the whole eye with black liquid liner! And add mascara!

Apply a couple layers of black eyeshadow! Try to create a wing look! You will need about 3-4 layers before it gets strong enough!

Apply the brown shadestick/eyeshadow beside where you put the black eyeshadow, blend them both into eachother, focus mainly on the middle section of the eye! 

Apply a little lux on the inner corners of the eyes! This is optional! I just do it because I like the sparkles! XD

And heres your finished look! Apply the blush and some nude lipstick and your good to go!
